§ 22-29. Possession of controlled substances.

(a)

Controlled substances. It shall be unlawful for any person to possess a controlled substance contrary to the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, Wis. Stats. ch. 961, (Wis. Stats. § 961.001 et seq.).

(b)

Possession of marijuana. No person shall possess any amount of marijuana, tetra-hydrocannabinois or any derivative thereof, unless the substance was obtained directly from, or pursuant to a valid prescription or order of, a licensed physician or pharmacist for a valid medical purpose.
